You might be a dunk. Do you know what a dunk is?

Pip digs Pep
And Pep digs Pip

And Pep takes a trip
Ed takes the bus
The bus is red
Pep drinks "Horrible Cup"
It goes to his head
A dunk is a fella or girl who takes chances.
Yes, Sir, dunks are just plain fools.
Every year, thousands of dunks are hurt,
just because they're dunks!
They run out to the street without looking both ways
They do all sorts of things they shouldn't do
And they pay for it, too
And Y'know, it's a shame, too
'cause, dunks are just plain fellas and girls,
the only difference is: They get hurt
Act like a dunk, and you won't be able to do all things
that are so much fun to do.
Don't you be a dunk!
Don't take chances!
Pam finds a pot
Pip crosses the street
Pip sits on the pot
The pot tips on Pete
The bike is red, and
the light is green
Pip digs the bike,
But Ed is mean.
Remember, look both ways before you cross the street
Never ever step off the curve, until you know the coast is clear!
It only takes a second, but it may mean the difference
between a summer filled with fun, and months in bed.

Can't go too fast, when you're running over someone
Well there's only one kind of person who takes chances around automobiles
and that person is a dunk
Sooner or later, dunks get hurt.
They do all kinds of foolish things.
As a matter of fact,
Dunks just aren't very smart.

The rain comes down, and the streets are slick.
and you're feeling kind of a sick
With a headache in my throat, and a sour in my head.
In the street with lots of people, where I'm better off dead.
And don't you forget! Some grownups are dunks too.
The thing to remember is, don't start being a dunk -
And you won't end up being one.
Remember that, gang, don't be an old dunk!

Stop on the curve, and make sure the coast is clear.
