where no one could see her tears
looking for something to ease away her pain
She crawled into the branches
looking for shelter
not aware of the danger
of the earth collapsing
A silver gate stood before her
revealing a mythical realm beyond imagination
Blinded by desires
she couldn't tell apart
the true nature of that fairyland

Her mind blocked all the horrors

but her memories were a beacon
showing her the way
twisted thorns tore her skin and flesh
leaving nothing of her human self

and she finally found what she was looking for
